Where Will You Be in November?
The IT4You Team are travelling to a number of events this month in order to get your input on how we can improve service to our members. We hope to see you at:
United Kennel Club in St-Lazare De Vaudreuil, QC - Nov 6 - 8, 2015
Moncton Kennel Club in Moncton, NB - Nov 13 - 15, 2015
Caledon Kennel Association in Mississauga, ON - Nov 27 - 29, 2015
At each of these events there will be a CKC/IT4You booth set up near the Show Secretary where our team will be available to speak with exhibitors, handlers, show secretaries, breeders, club executives, and members, one on one.
Do you still have questions about what
IT4You is and why we’re doing it? If you do, please drop by our booth at one of these shows, fill out a survey, and chat with the IT4You team to learn more. This is your chance to ask questions and to provide your comments face to face. So far we’ve heard from a diverse cross section of members and now we want to hear from YOU!
We’ll be conducting a focus group session during each of the events. If you’d like to participate in a focus group, please see Tom or Andrew at the booth. At each location, we’ll hold the session during the judge’s lunch break in a room booked for this purpose. We anticipate about 20 participants for each focus group. Lunch will be provided. Thank you to Linda St-Hilaire for volunteering to be our French Support during the focus group at the United Kennel Club event.
Each focus group is expected to run 30 to 45 minutes and will be led by Tom Gibson and Andrew McCallister of the IT4You team. This is NOT a presentation. This is a Focus Group designed to request input from the group. Attendees may include exhibitors, show secretary, club members, judges, handlers or other members.
We’ll be writing about our travels and sharing updates with you on our blog so take a few minutes to check it out and drop by often to see the
latest updates.
Have Your Say!
