We Hear You!

There was no shortage of members who wanted to ‘have their say’ during the events we attended over the past two weeks. Your passion and enthusiasm for what the CKC is trying to do with the IT4You project is greatly appreciated and your shared insights, comments and ideas for improvement is giving our team fuel to create a very responsive system that will provide additional membership value.

United Kennel Club Dog Show

We’d like to thank those who participated in and helped organize the IT4You presence at the shows. We especially recognize Linda St-Hilaire, CKC Board of Director for Zone 3 – Quebec, Peter Laventhall-Wolfish, IT4You Steering Committee chair who participated at the United Kennel Club Dog Show in St-Lazare, Québec.

Moncton Kennel Club Dog Show

We would also like to thank those who participated in the Moncton Kennel Club Dog Show in Moncton, New Brunswick including Brian Reid, CKC Board of Director for Zone 2 – New Brunswick & PEI, Lendra Barker Board of Director for Zone 1 – Nova Scotia & Newfoundland & Labrador, as well as Peter Laventhall-Wolfish, IT4You Steering Committee chair.

Our IT4You Team

Key point people for the IT4You project, Andrew McCallister - Manager eBusiness and Tom Gibson - Logixsource Consulting, were also an important part of the planning and delivery of not only the booth set up and fielding member inquiries, but also hosting a research Focus group at both events. These focus groups along with survey responses at the show booth have helped us gain further insights from Club Members. To date we have collected several hundred responses to our survey. If you have not yet had a chance to complete yours, time is running out so please have your say today.

Come See Us at the Caledon Dog Show

Our IT4You team will be taking it on the road one more time at the Caledon Kennel Association show, International Centre, Mississauga on November 27. If you wish to participate in a focus group, please visit the CKC booth before Noon to sign up. Hope to see you there!
