Please note that if talks between the Canadian Union of Postal Workers and Canada Post do not result in a resolution, there is a possibility of a postal disruption as early as November 3rd.
 
If a strike occurs, Canada Post will not fully operate, and mail and parcels will not be delivered. As a result, the high level of service to which The Canadian Kennel Club aspires may be affected.
 
Mail will not be sent from CKC during this postal disruption, but applications will continue to be processed. During the strike, if you require a PDF copy of a registration certificate or a printed copy sent by courier at your expense, please contact our customer service team.

Fee Payment Options:

 CKC Members, clients and clubs are still responsible for paying their account; Members may review their account and make payments online by Visa or MasterCard when they log into their account.
  Payment by Visa or MasterCard will be accepted over the telephone by calling CKC     Membership Services at 1 (855) 364-7252
  E-transfers may be sent to [email protected]; please send your security answer in a separate email to the same address.
 

Shows & Trials:

  Entries for Shows will be handled in the manner outlined in Policy & Procedures, Chapter VI, Shows and Trials, E, Entries -Regulations Governing Postal Strikes (6.4).
  Event Results must be couriered to the CKC office with payment.  Please note that posting of results may be delayed.
 

•  Printable forms for events are available online. Alternatively, event forms can be ordered by calling the CKC Order desk and arranging delivery by courier. If you have already placed an order it may be delayed.
•  All Shows & Trials applications are available online and may be emailed to [email protected] or [email protected]
• All Title Certificates will be held until after the strike
• Club renewals can be paid by telephone with a Visa or Mastercard, or by sending an etransfer as noted above for payments.

Registration:

• You can submit applications using CKC’s online portal. Instructions for use are available on CKC’s website at members.ckc.ca/login 
• During the postal strike, registration applications may be emailed to [email protected] or couriered to the CKC office. 
• Requests for product orders such as microchips may be couriered at your expense. If you have already placed an order, it may be delayed.
