IT4YOU Update: The Member Dashboard - You Told Us Which Features Matter Most

IT4YOU, the new CKC computer system, promises to provide valuable technology that will bring an improved online experience to our membership.

In the IT4YOU August update we discussed plans for a Member Dashboard, which serves as a landing page from which users can check the status of their documents and applications and access a variety of commonly used functions. Then, to determine how best to configure the dashboard, we created a survey and invited CKC members to rate the value of several proposed features.

Here are the results of the IT4YOU Dashboard Features Survey:

1. A list of your dogs with links to further details: 90% rated this important or very important.
2. A list of applications and their status: 76% rated this important or very important.
3. A list of recent invoices: 72% rated this important or very important.
4. Quick links to common tasks: 89% rated this important or very important.
5. Access to enhanced help: 71% rated this important or very important.
6. CKC member news: 67% rated this important or very important.
7. A top 10 event list and your dog's ranking: 62% rated this important or very important.

The IT4YOU team would like to thank everyone who took the time to complete the survey. This data will help us focus on the areas that matter most to members and we will continue to request input throughout the project.
